Good quality monitor arm, supports large curved monitor easily
Easy to setup, holds my 34" curved monitor which weighs around 7kg easily. It's fairly easy to adjust in all directions, and does not sag over time. It comes well packed with clear instructions. Not a standard mount.
It's not a standard vesa bracket. The bracket isn't removeable. Two of my monitors struggled to fit it. Basically had to get extra long screws to get the bracket to even hold my secondary monitor in place. Wouldn't even fit my primary monitor. F80 Gas Strut Computer LCD mount is 10 out of 10. A great addition to your PC.
I bought 2 x F80 Gas Strut LCD mounts and am thrilled that they are so amazingly good. They holds my 24 inch LCDs firmly and are easy to adjust. I bought them for my repair bench where I regulalry work on 2 computers at a time. They are not only great for the fact that they can be piushed back when not needed, but can adjust to any angle or practical height as needed. The big unexpected bonus is that they free up more of the desk because ther is no longer a huge foot are under the screen. I installed the first one in 15 minutes and the second one in 7 minutes. I then spent maybe 5 minutes getting the adjustments of the tension screws to be correct for may particular screens. It was actually easy once I read the instructions that came with it. I have hated the fact that most comuter screens are too low even at their maximum height setting. You see so many people put the LCD on a book or box. This fixes the problem entirely. Im so impressed I will probably order two more F80 mounts to use on the dual screens of my personal PC so I can benefit from the same things, better positioning and more desk space. Great value without having to compromise.
The North Bayou F80 monitor mount is sturdily built & very easy to set up. It comes with a detailed but simple information sheet & pretty much everything you need. Once set up, it performs exactly as it should. The NB F80 is also excellent value & is priced well below many other makes & models. I initially chose the F80 because of all the positive reviews I came across, including several YouTube unboxing videos that demonstrated the quality & ease of use.... Easy to Assemble, easy to adjust. The hex key adjustment helps you control the tension of each of the moving parts, the cable holder is also quite handy. The base pivot has 180 degrees of motion and the swivel allows you to position the monitor vertically or horizontally. Great quality and amazing value
These things are pretty amazing, they have no problem holding my 23.5" monitors. They take some adjustment and fiddling with to get perfect, but once they are you can shift your monitors and orientation to fit your needs with practically no hassle.
