Keeps chains running smooth
This is a excellent product for you bicycle chain. Every time you clean your bike. (you do clean it?) Use a good degreaser chain cleaner rinse off the degreaser dry the chain drip onto chain at least one full rotation, run through all the gears then wipe off excess with a clean rag and you are all set for another good day of riding.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wax is a winner.
Professional team cyclists are going back to wax. Wax lube was old technology brought back better. White Lightening makes it an easy change over. This product lets you do some cleaning with installation. Wax blocks dirt and is slippery wet or dry. Best Product for a Clean Drivetrain
I've been using this for 3-4 years now, no more black chain to tattoo on your leg. It is a had to apply in the winter if the product is cold (just nuke it for 20 sec) but other than this minor issue this is a really great product. Does what it says it does; not for cold weather
When it picks up gunk, it cleans off easily. Touching the chain won't get you greasy. It doesn't hold up well in the rain and it flakes off below freezing. Sometimes the wax particles clog the nozzle and nothing comes out until a bunch comes at once. So it's not perfect and it's not for all conditions, but it's still my favorite road bike lube. applied before every ride, with excess removed with a rag, the wax suspends dirt and sheds it. I have used it for years. my rides are typically about 50 miles and 4,000 ft climbed. Great dry conditions chain lube
Works well for dry, dusty riding. So long as allowed to dry overnight, then it won't attract/hold dirt. Can be tricky to apply without wasting some but it doesn't matter if you use too much as it doesn't really build up. Good dry lube

Great "clean" chain lube
I'm not an expert rider; i do a little over 1,000 miles a year, all in the dirt, all single track or dirt roads. What I do know is that I have had this bike 5 years and when I finally changed the chain last year, it had no perceptable chain stretch. To me that was amazing! It keeps my chain and gears relatively clean and compared to other chain lube prices, it's almost "cheap". I'm sticking with it.

Dry wax based chain lube.
A "dry", wax based chain lube. You have to re-apply after riding in rain or schlepping your poor bike on the car during downpours, but otherwise a good product. Doesn't pick up road grime like the light oils, although that doesn't mean that the chain won't mess up your hands if you need to grab it by hand. It just picks up less.
