This warranty is available for tires damaged by road hazards within the first 12 months after the purchase date or until the first 3/32” of the tire tread wears away whichever comes first! If this tire sustains road hazard damage (typically caused by nails glass or potholes) on its tread area customers have a right to use the Road Hazard warranty for a Tire Replacement of an equivalent Kumho tire. To receive the Road Hazard warranty customers with damaged tires must file a claim with Kumho Tires.
