Entry Level Discrete Card From 2011
As expected for what it is. It was an inexpensive upgrade from the Radeon HD 3000 integrated graphics of an older computer (760 chipset) on which I was doing a minor upgrade. It is single slot, low power, and supports Open CL 1.2 (single precision only). It works in Windows 10 but does not use the latest drivers from AMD. A few days after the purchase, I realized that a HD 8570 card was only about $10 more (in April 2021). The HD 8570 is also single slot and low power but it supports OpenCL 1.2 for both single and double precision, uses the latest drivers, and is much faster (though still not fast). I ended up upgrading to the HD 8570.
