Great saw with brutish cutting power
Saw is outstanding. Cuts through mild steel with the same ease as cutting lumber with a wood cutting circular saw. I used it the first time today, cutting up to 1/2" thick mild steel with ease, I highly recommend this product for anyone doing structural steel work. If there is a drawback it is that seeing marks through the view window is difficult in all but the brightest lighting conditions. Maybe MFG could design an additional light to illuminate the cut area (blade is so well shielded that not much light can get to the cut). Works great!
I have only used it to cut 1/8" steel so far. I was amazed with the smooth cut and ease of use. It will definitely make cutting things easier in my home shop work. I saw it being used on a TV show cutting 1/4" or thicker sheet to fabricate large structures. That lead me to find them for sale and bought one.
