Highly regarded Sri Lankan cookbook
This is considered as THE cookbook for those who wish to cook Sri Lankan food. First published approx 100 years ago when Sri Lanka was under British rule. The cookbook comprises many English, Dutch, Sinhalese, Tamil etc recipes representing all the various peoples of what was called Ceylon at the time, prior to Independence.
