This air conditioner keeps our large dining and living rooms comfortable even though they have high ceilings with no attic and face on the west side of the house. The rest of the house was cool with an attic above but these two rooms were miserably hot in the afternoons when the sun was on that side of the house. Finally a portable air conditioner that works! The unit arrived only 4 days after placing the order and just in time for the Texas heat. Other than repairing a damaged exhaust hose connector (replacement on order), it only took 10 minutes to set up. It in my opinion is very quiet and cools my 400 square foot garage very well. All of the documentation and controls are easy to understand and all of the parts are very well made and appear to be built to last for a long time. Very good product!
Bought this AC for my bedroom (9×9) and it does a wonderful job of keeping it cool. Room is exposed to the sun on the front and entire side which makes it the hottest room in the house. I have only had to run this AC on low in order to keep the room cool and it helps with the rest of the upstairs as well.
