Everything Dr. Fuhrman writes is Excellent! This book on fasting is no exception. We are beginning 2019 eating for Life, according to the plan designed by Dr. Fuhrman, based on his extensive research into nutrition. His plan really is the best for your long term health and longevity. Planning to do some fasting in 2019 and this is the guide we will be following.

I ordered this for my daughter, She had heard about it and was very anxious to get it. Here Aunt has the book and has tried one of the fasting methods and was very very Pleased. They want me to read it when my daughter is finished, which I plan to do. I'm very excited about also as my health is not very good right now. I really can not say very much more as I have not read the book, I have just heard very good things about it. Thank You Sherry Lee

Amazing Results!! Great Book!!!
Well I had this book before, loan it and never got back it must have workde for them too. Well is amazing what it can do for you...I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and some of the stuff I did help my symptoms especially the pain go away slowly at first and completely at the end.
