The Pro 17cm East/West(TM) Santoku Knife by Furi is the perfect combination of a Western Cook's Knife and an Eastern Vegetable Chopper. It can be used for varied cutting tasks from fine chopping to dicing and paper-thin slicing. The scallop indentations are deliberately positioned on the blade to reduce friction, stop food from sticking to the blade and make cutting fast and easy.
