BEST cup warmer on market, IMO.
Nice weight, 3 11/16" diameter heating non-stick plate, base is 5 1/4" diameter, 24 watts, surface heats to 239 degrees F, keeps a 16 oz. hot cup of coffee hot until empty. Attractive design, long cord, wheel type on/off switch on cord 3 inches from unit. Use a cup with a bottom as flat as you can possibly find for best heat transfer, avoid cups with a deep concave bottom - simple physics. I bought my cup at Target: target dot com/s?searchTerm=coffee+cup Had one for about 2 years and bought another as a backup. Ordered mine from "wofingx" (ebay) on Jan.16 @ 7:52 pm, received it Jan. 18 @ 8:39 a.m. ALL online shopping should be this easy ...... can I get an AMEN ??? !!! 10 STARS * * * * * * * * * *

Keeps my hot beverages at a nice warm temperature
The Norpro cup warmer works well. It heats up quickly and keeps my hot beverages at a nice warm temperature. It's a nice weight and a nice looking product. The only issue with the cup warmer is that it's hard to tell if the unit is on or off because the indicator light is dim. Otherwise a great product and I am overall happy with it.
