The entire series are some of the best novels I've ever read. Diana Gabaldon's storytelling is second to none. Something for everyone and a lot more than you'd expect. I never thought I'd find books to rival my all time favorite, Katherine by Anya Seton but these run an absolute parallel and there are more of them.
