Cold Shrink is always a tad smaller in length than actual size when it arrives to you but it will unravel into the exact size you ordered. I used this stuff on my fishing rods and always had good results in it protecting my rod foregrip!

    3M Cold Shrink 8428-12. Works great but I recommend referencing the 3M website for min/max outside diameter range for a proper fit. This is the 12" long version.
