Excellent - money well spent.
Made a great 24 hour coconut yoghurt with this following the recipe on their US site - I only made a litre in the 2 litre container. Pros: Well packaged. Fairly compact. Holds temperature very well. Easy to follow instructions. Alarm goes off when set time expires. Some great recipes on the US site. Cons: There is another version of this yoghurt maker with individual ceramic jars. I would have liked the option of having individual glass jars. Only additional thing I might point out is that there are two lines shown in the instructions that tell you where the water level should be and it states not to fill past the max line - you have to assume the shorter line is the 'minimum' and the taller line is the 'maximum' - I wasn't quite sure if I had to make sure not to fill past the first or second line.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

First of all, what a smart way to increase your probiotics the 3 different heat settings accomodate for various styles yoghurt. I'm only at the beginning stages of my fermentation practice, but already my first batch turned out super yummy. I know exactly what is in it and my gut feels extremely comfortable (even having Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth) I love the option of having 300ml ceramic containers, 400 ml ceramic containers or in glass version the 1.5 l and 2 l bowl. Great product but need to buy a culture and thickener
I like the product but feel the most important part missing prior to purchase was the instructions required to make a good yoghurt and in my case the coconut yoghurt.
