Great for Pizzaria
I own a restaurant and our bread and butter is NY Style Pizza. This peel works great. What I really like is this unique ability to remove the handle. This comes in handy for cleaning purposes. Great peel, it’s just the right size and length too. If you’re running a pizza shop this is a more than adequate tool.
