These seem to work as claimed and I'd recommend them for supination and other problems. Unfortunately though I have major foot & ankle arthritis and shoe inserts of any sort don't really help with pain much. But I'll keep wearing these for their heel support benefits. Good that you can switch them between shoes.

expensive, but effective
Easy to fit, just a bit difficult to put foot inside without it moving. Instant relief for heels as well as good cushioning. Definitely helps straighten the foot which in turn helps your walking. Only complaint too expensive as you need to put into all shoes and need more than one pair.
