I charged it up and put my old SYM in it, and it came on with all the appropriate information. Now I need to figure out how to enter the WiFi password. How do you enter a zero when every time you push the zero it just skips a place like the space between words in a text message? This purchase caused me a lot of wasted time and frustration trying to get it compatible with Verizon network. The phone was in good shape and worked well but after 2 days of being on the phone and at the store with Verizon to get it to work I had to return it. I tried several SIM cards to no avail.
