This product is great. It’s a capsule that has improved my IBS greatly (frequency and severity). My 93 year old mother also loves it for bowel regularity 😮. Don’t have to refrigerate either. How good is that! One a day - easy to take and remember. Cheapest place I found it ( much cheaper than Chemist Warehouse) 😊
