I've read a lot of health books over the years and this one made a lot of sense. What i did like about it was that it explained in laymans terms what actually is happening in your body as things go wrong. What to do to right them and get your health back. It also tells you what supplements to take to help you along this path, as well as which foods to eat and which not to eat. There is usually a long list of supplements, however taking some will I'm sure help even if you don't take all of them. I found the forward section about the author interesting as well as the back section regarding Angels. Please have faith and think outside the square.
