Magnetic cat door
The cat door is excellent. First, I owned two of them previously - one for our house and one for the recreational home (I have moved and my ex kept the residences and cat doors). As they are operated with magnets no electricity (dead batteries or loss of power) is not a problem. It took me a couple of hours to train my cats (pushed them through the door a couple of times). No more cat litter as they naturally starting going outside after I put some cat litter where I wanted them to go. At first they wanted to use the flower gardens but stopped on their own to go to the intended place. Best of all, the cat doors have come down a long ways in price. I am very satisfied. And no other animals can come in.

It is ok but if it rains from that direction water will come in. Also the magnet has to be pulled in all the time with the collar for the door to open
