Works for AD700
I have an old-but-good pair of Audio-Technica AD700. The stock earpad foam has worn down to almost flat. I decided to give these a chance as well as some other earpads. These have worked better than a higher quality earpad because they dont muffle the sound. These are quite roomy and because of the round inner opening, make them easier to adjust on my head. They can be a bit stuff on the foam, but they do not affect the sound signature. One thing I hate about some headphones are round cans with oval openings on the earpads. Either make them oval cans and oval openings, or round cans and round openings. Getting them on was tricky but it is definitely doable. You have to stretch the plastic lip beforehand. While getting the pads on, you need to use one hand's fingers to keep parts of the lip on the cans. Once the pads are on, they should stay in place. However they can very easily come off if you pull from the rear-bottom.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Makes my HIFIMAN HE5se sound better then the stock pads. Fits comfable and less hot on the head.
Sounds better on the HIFIMAN HE5se then the stock pads that broke. The vocal is more focused and personal then before. The bass is slightly reduced, but the mid range is enhanced. The sound stage is the same as before, amazing. The treble is less spiky and sounds better then before would recommend these for the HIFIMAN HE5se. I really like how the vocal had been enhanced with these pads, sounded distanced with the stock pads.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worse than the stock pads
They made my headphones sound terrible and unusable. Put the stock pads back on and they regained a lot of the bass that was lost under these HIFIMAN pads. They were comfortable to wear, just terrible for sound quality.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
