Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Video Game Consoles
Ok so the xbox arrived as expected and with the stuff to make it go - I thought I was buying one with the game option (choose 1 of 4 games) however this was not so - perhaps my fault as upon review it looks like this version did not come with one however I do not remember this being made extremely clear - fairly easy to install but unlike S version pretty heavy and large - game I bought used just over 30% of available memory so if you're a gamer would want terabyte version - could not change timezone setting so it is always 3 hours behind - other than these issues seems to be what I expected

I bought a refurbished XBOX One and felt that it was very much worth the cost, however there are things that XBOX 360 buyers wanting to upgrade to the latest console need to know. The first and most important thing is that games are not played from the disc, they are installed to the XBOX hard drive and played from there.. So, a 500 GB drive does not go very far! But,, you can buy external drives for to the 500GB version. Second, there is a known bug in the consoles software that makes installing and updating game terribly slow. Supposedly MS knows about this but it has not been addressed. Third, once you turn it on be ready for a TON of updates that need to be installed! Fourth, I don't care for the user interface nor do I care for the one that they recently upgraded to. You would think making it simple would be a priority when putting out a product like this. Fifth, as time goes by you will find that some of your old XBOX 360 titles will work on the One through an emulator! Sixth, the unit runs HOT so I would recommend getting a cooling fan that mounts on top of the unit.Read full review

It's a great system to have for the exclusive games like Forza 5 and Killer Instinct, which is the reason I bought it! It's quite user friendly, although not as much so as the PS4; however, it's *MUCH easier to navigate and use than the previous gen x360... xone makes that system retarded hard to use. Controls feel great and joysticks are comfortable, but the 360 remote is better overall. Xone's triggers are excellent, but the shoulder buttons try too hard to be fancy and your game play suffers because of this, generally only when playing fighting games, that is. If your passion is gaming, I would have to say the Xone is not for you. Sony's Playstation has always carried the greatest game selection of any console throughout the past nearly two decades alongside Nintendo. Not to say this console isn't great for gaming -- I find it the most enjoyable with shooters and racers! However, if you have this kind of money, it's better spent on the system with a larger library of excellent games. Also, you're not forced to spend an extra $100 just on the camera (Kinect) that Microsoft forced players to fork out that extra cash toward instead of separating it from console purchase.Read full review
I have to admit that i was an Xbox fanboy last gen and i expected Mircrosoft to improve on their product but to my surprise i was disappointed. For starters, the xbox one controller doesn't "feel right" in my hands. The Xbox 360 controller was perfect; the best controller ever. So why would Microsoft try to fix something that wasn't broken? The current controller feels stiff and awkwardly placed bumper buttons makes it feel uncomfortable. It feels like I have to reach for them. The unit itself is a little large but what did you expect from Micro. All of their consoles have been large. The interface wasn't bad. However, it didn't load as fast as the 360. The addition of the NFL Network app was a nice touch but not enough for me to keep the system. If you are on the fence and still haven't made up your mind regarding what next gen system to get, i would suggest you get your hands on both systems if possible. For me, it's the PS4. Why? Because they addressed the needs that plagued them last gen; a small controller, a slow interface, and ridiculously long loading times for games. All that was ddressed with the PS4. Did i mention how perfect the ps4 controller fits into my hands? :)Read full review
I had a Xbox 360 and was expecting the same user friendly experience but everything I have tired to do has been difficult. First it has to install every game you buy. Even on a disk so that means waiting every time you buy a game. Your suppose to be able to play from your computer but after trying for an hour I gave up. I had a Wii U before this and wish I would have just stuck with that. Only buy if your wanting a flashy hunk of junk that will give you problem when it's brand new. I have already had to reset stuff and had it not want to connect to the Internet. I bought it for the few games I wanted that weren't on Wii U but I should have gone without.
