A serving. 3 drops provides 2250 mcg or over 2 mg iodine.. This is a good thing. I'll leave the research to you on that. The formulation has changed recently, between my previous order and this one.. I'm rather mega-dosing w a dropper full, providing around 10 mgs, for internal healing. Later I'll lower the dose. I like that this product is absent the potassium iodide. Not pure nascent Iodine, diluted

Seems to be really helping my health
Tastes good. It's a bit thinner than other nascent iodines I've used over the past few years. It's job is to help clean out of our bodies toxins we breathe in from the air and protect the body from radiation. Supposedly to do other beneficial for the body as well. How can we really know it's doing anything at all? I cannot answer that question but according to the so-called experts we're better off with it than without it! Amazing! Never would have believed it!
I had been researching iodine over the years I started to get brain fog and no energy, going to the gym all my strength was zapped... After the first 3 drops in my water off I went forgetting all about the iodine. About a hour later I was clear headed and even went to the gym doing 5 times more than I was doing.
