    Works great in main drive slot, perhaps not in secondary slots

    Works flawlessly, unfortunately didn't fit into the secondary 3.5" drive slot in my HP 8300 SFF as it's not designed for these mounting screws (my fault). They work well in the main drive slot though, look exactly like the ones that came with the case - probably are OEM.

    Shock mounts (Used, RFE) for HDD in HP/Compaq Tower

    Must-have to mount 3.5" HD in tower. Similar part available for 2.5" HD under different number (different screw, black instead of silver). Shock mounts are a good idea; I'm not qualified to say how good this implementation is. But you gotta have them.

    They are perfect replacements

    these were just what i needed to install the hdd in my hp dc5800 sff pc, tried other screws with no success. in my opinion these are the only screws that will work in this pc.

    Must have to install drives securely in HP 8300

    These should come with the computer even when you buy a refurbished computer. These were very inexpensive and are OEM parts. If I needed more of these I would not hesitate to order more.
