I've been wanting this machine for a while after looking at many reviews of various machines. I'm very happy with the quality, though it took a few goes to get the right strength - but I do like very strong coffee - so I tend to use the long black single with an extra espresso shot. Everything about the machine is super easy, I love that it self grinds and cleans. Just need to get some descaler and maybe a water filter to keep it going. The pressure for the milk frother is good enough for home. Overall I'm very happy with this machine and for a saving of a couple of hundred dollars I think its good value for an automatic machine.

This was purchased to replace our Saeco Syntia which we had for 6 years. It makes great coffee, is simple to use, and we are really happy with it for the price (which was less than half of the price of a replacement Saeco Syntia). Good points are that the water compartment is easy to see to check levels before it runs out. It is also a decent size. As with the saeco, in order to stretch the milk without excessive bubbles, we removed the frother cover which is useless and just fills the milk with big bubbles. Works much better to make a great latte or cappuccino. The waste bin is also a good size. Much better than the saeco. The only bad point as that the machine is made of much more plastic than stainless steel, but you get what you pay for and at a price almost just a third of the stainless steel machines, it's fine.Read full review

I have been using manual expresso for years but they always created a mess when using the stand alone grinder. This machine incorporates the grinder so no more ground coffee beans over the kitchen bench. The other advantage of this machine is the the ability to set the ground level and water levels to get the exact taste you want again and again. Have been using it for over a month and it is working well. My only complaint is that there isn't a water level guage on the front as it is a little difficult to see the level from the side.

Although we loved our Nespresso machine it was getting ridiculous the amount we were spending on coffee pods each month. This machine looks good on our kitchen benchtop and is so easy to use and makes beautiful coffee and in the long run is saving us a packet. Would highly recommend

This is my fourth bean-to-cup machine, it was the cheapest of the four, and it is by far the best. I've had mine for five years, we use it heavily as we're all coffee addicts and we all work from home (there are four of us), and it's never skipped a beat. I bought it on Choice's recommendation and they were dead right. I've had it serviced once and the service guy said this was the best machine. It makes the best coffee of all four of the machines I've owned - better than one costing twice as much. It's easy to use and maintain and its only flaw is the knob for the milk frother, which wears out and has to be replaced every couple of years. It only costs $17, so it's not a big deal. Take it from me, don't waste your money on anything else. Just buy this machine and you'll never look back.Read full review
