Great value for money
Overall it is very easy to use. The only improvement would be to change the way the mop pad affixes to the mop head. I find it difficult to place the cloth on the cleaning head and change the cleaning cloth when needed. It involves bending down, unclipping the dirty pad and replacing it with a clean pad. It is very difficult for anyone with blood pressure problems or those with back problems. As for it's ability to clean, well it is out of this world! I have only cleaned the tile floors and the bathroom tiles so far, but the difference after cleaning them is obvious. It is extremely easy to reach the top of the bathroom tiles with the long handle and the tiles look fresh and the grout looks new again. I am looking forward to using the tools to clean the windows and the carpets and rugs. It would be advantageous if it came with more than one cleaning pad. Highly recommended for those with no physical or blood pressure problems and extremely good value for money.

didnt clean my outside windows...and not a ver good job inside on the windows. I dont like the floor mop cloth as it has a hollow in the middle of the mop which you dont see after putting the cloth on...2 cloths would have been better than one as well, for large floors. the rest of the tools I have not used yet....

Handy, effective & easy to use.

Easy To Use
Very easy to use, as the other reviewer said comes with 1 towel - it does get dirty, however soak it in a bucket of vanish stain remover and then wash it in the washing machine and it comes up good as new. Really impressed with this product - beats paying hundreds in the stores.

No streaks and easy to use!
Keeps the tiles completely streak free, relatively easy to use once you figure it out (no instructions - the key is to fill it with water, plug it in and turn on the switch and wait till light is green at the top. Then on the handle you have to press down on the area just before the yellow lock button. Then lock it once it’s pressed down to hold it there). Only negative thing is the cable is retractable and you keep having to push it out of the way and it gets tangled.

Lightweight and small domestic unit
Product as described but be aware it is very munch for smaller domestic use and not as powerful as I was hoping for. It is great for cleaning grout and walls in bathrooms, showerscreen glass etc.
