This keyboard has a traditional long key travel distance. It is very sturdy, heavy. Has two height adjustment tabs or feet at rear. The keys are not particularly snappy, a little soft in feel but return after being depressed adequately. The big let down is the white lettering on the keys. It is both thin and not bold making seeing the letter characters on keys worse than on similar keyboards. Also, with light usage over 2 months the white is noticably darkening in colour and fading!! Very disappointing particularly at this price point. Would not buy a Lenovo keyboard again.

Tried two 'other brand' membrane keyboards and this was easily the best ergonomically. The keys are full-travel with contoured tops. With rear tilt raised, each row is correctly stepped and there is no sensation of fingers slipping down. The key pressure is light enough that it doesn't become tiring. The front of the keyboard is low avoiding the need to raise the hands. I've used this keyboard for a year and there are some issues. Contrary to claims, the laser etched printing on the key-caps does not last and the whites quickly become dull due to finger oils. Add to this the font used is too narrow with the result some keys can be impossible to distinguish e.g. , and . especially at night. The other issue is key wear. After a year of use the Left Control key (high usage) developed severe friction when pressed. Being a wider cap it is easy to press off-centre which no doubt contributed to the wear. Normally a keyboard would be thrown out at this point as unserviceable. It is something Lenovo needs to remedy through better key design or materials. Read full review
