2 speed motor is not as stimulating as the previous model.
Bought this to replace our previous similar Conair massager that was several years old. Though the cost is affordable, if your looking to replace an older model by Conair for the same 2 speed motor this new models 'vibration/stimulation' is not as strong/powerful in either of the 2 speeds. Since I still had my older model I was able to do a fair comparison using both Conairs to come up with my opinion. If you are looking for something small and lightweight that is stimulating, this newer model does not compare to Conairs previous model and you may find it disappointing depending upon your reason for use for this massager. A disappointing example...for the pinpoint applicator, it is too weak and does not offer relief to those pockets of inflamed muscles needing a more aggressive 'vibration/stimulation'. Way too weak for any female stimulation as it doesn't vibrate but only buzzes and has no real movement for this use. This goes the same the applicators you'd use on the back or shoulders. The older model was stronger, this newer model is weaker. A positive example... for the soft or gel massage applicators, this weaker 2 speeds 'vibration/stimulation' works just fine for areas on the face, temple or forehead where a gentle stimulation is needed and that's about it. Pros....The price is good. The quality in how its built is good. Cons...2 speed options are weak - barely giving any vibration/stimulation - I'd rate it poor for any other use unless on the face where minimum stimulation is desired.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lightweight with no expected power
I really just wanted the accessories that came with the massager. As for the massager itself, I would not purchase this item again. It is very weak, it has no power. I have the original hand-held massager from years, decades, ago. The old massager's power is 10 times more powerful. You can do more with your fingers than with this new purchase I received. Doesn’t work, POS , I WILL NEVER USE EBAY AGAIN.
Disgusting , I’m confined to a wheelchair, I got a non working item . I obviously can’t drive, no buses in my area. I bought the product for facial pain. A Uber wants 38$ to get to the gd post office for a 15$ pos item. I live on 750$ a month. I don’t have a computer nor printer. DO NOT BUY !!!

Bad Bad Product
I gave it 1 star only because I could not give a no star rating. Do not buy this item. You could barely feel this hand massager. My husbands neck and shoulders get really tight. Much weaker than original

Is not meant for acupressure.
