The clear look yet not totally clear is nice. The buttons still feel good. Clicky... I hate when a case makes the buttons hard to press & this one does not do that. The wireless charging works. Man I just like the case. I suggested to my friend for his Note 10 & he bought the version with the camo on the back. He said he loves the case. I highly suggest this case. Easy install. But the curved edges dont stick well and get fuzzy, plus enabling touch sensitivity is awful
The install went well. It comes with a plastic apparatus that allows you to easily install the screen protector. I let the phone sit over night to acclimate itself to the screen. By the next night there was fuzz and hair along each edge of the screen! It doesn't stay stuck down and the sticky part of the edges attracts and everything. The other hugely annoying part is that you must turn on your touch sensitivity after this is installed. That's because the screen is not responsive enough with the extra glass over it. Now, the annoying part is that your phone is now WAY too sensitive. Your keyboard is the worst part about it. It's so much harder to type now because the letters I'm hitting are more than when I don't have the touch sensitivity on. The quality of the screen protector itself is nice which is why I give it 2 stars. But overall I would not waste your time and energy on this until Zagg figures out a way to get around those pesky edges and can maybe have a thinner product so that touch sensitivity doesn't need to be engaged.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Cloudy prints when touched
They say you get what you paid for. And I guess that's what took place although it appears the shield is a great shield you don't know until you actually get it and start to touch it. After placing it on as it requested I noticed that when touching the screen there appears to be a cloudy print whatever it is that I touch. So I wipe down the screen with the material given to me to clean the screen again even though it was clean properly from the beginning and the problem still exists. I am not happy with it I'm afraid to take it off my phone because it may damage my phone so I have no choice but to live with it. I would not purchase this againVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Defective screen protector doesn't seem meet the standard, and misses the mark once again.
The screen protector has a part on the far right side that doesn't stay flat to the glass. No matter how much you try and run the plastic object provided in box across it , it still separates from the glass. This has happened once before in the past and was found to be defective right out of the box. It's something you can't see with the naked eye, but still seems to get overlooked by the manufacturer and allows this product to make It's way to the consumer.

Great phone protection for Note 9
It's just like the first ones we started out with and for a GREAT price. It has the full on adhesive which keeps it in place unlike others that only have it around the edges. It is case friendly and it fits perfectly on the screen. You can see through it as if it is almost not there. You have to make sure you have the screen clean and oil free or you will get a oily film underneath it. Found out that with the second one I had. If you have a light touch, all you have to do is raise the sensitivity on your phone and you don't have to press hard. if you have a shaky hand, there is a tray inside that you can use to install the cover with and it works too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Somewhat Satisfactory
I usually am happy with Zagg and their screen protectors but this time I feel differently. I purchased the invisasheild a week or more ago. Minor issues
Pros- Easy to apply. Looks nice. Fits well. Cons- The curved sides don't quite lay on the screen so I have particles and fibers sticking under the screen protector.
