Huge upgrade in my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country
From what I could find, this was the only easy fit upgrade for a 3.5” in the dash for my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. Pretty easy to remove the dash on the T&C. But you’ll want a 90 degree Phillips head or 8mm ratchet set (with an inch extension or so since the speaker sits a little low compared to the front half of the dash. Installation took about 25 minutes and that’s only because I didn’t have a good ratchet set (nor 90 degree Phillips head) and I wasn’t ready for the crossover (which I’m happy it has!) It comes with a high pass crossover (850 Hz) for increased power and less chance of blowing it. It gives wonderful vocals and crisp highs that “ting” coming from my dash. I’m still using the factory head unit and didn’t add an external amp. Still, This was a massive upgrade for overall volume and clarity compared to the factory speaker and well worth the price. Highly recommended!
