Would hate to have to manage without them!
These are the original style of patches, before the applicator was included. They stick on to the cold sore area well and for a long time, and are almost invisible. If you apply them in the early stage of a cold sore, it stops it scabbing and heals up much quicker than usual. Even though they are slightly visible when worn, they still look better than an exposed sore. They can be cut in half if necessary, which is fiddly, but found that I needed to otherwise the edge went right under my lip.
