the best of the breed- worth the money
for those avoiding the 4090 due to the power cable bad design. This was a EVGA kit build update from the standard fan setup- so a considerable degree of specialist tools as well as skill is needed to disassemble the board top chassis and siicon and fit- flush evenly the boards and thermal pads and heatsinks in the correct alignment for proper reliability in operation. If this sounds too complex get a computer technician to do it. If you tighten the bolts too much you could easily damage something or putting the heatsinks or thermal pads wrong and shorting out the mainboard. Once operational it was very fast and in benchmarking barely made 55 degrees under load and on idle at 32-35 degrees. EVGA have designed a very good VRM as power draw use was very quiet very little coil whine. These are hard to find but well worth it. Under AI modelling the memory and bandwidth comes into its own for performance and realism as well as VR applications
