About this product
Product Information
Both during and after pregnancy, yoga is a perfect way to firm your body, build strength and gain flexibility. These two yoga practices are also a wonderful way to maintain emotional balance and reduce stress during the exciting and often hectic times surrounding the birth of a child.
I am finding this really helpful with back pain and muscle cramps. Started at week 24 as I no longer felt comfortable running but wanted something more than just a daily walk. I also find it very calming on more stressful days. Can't recommend the prenatal section highly enough but would start it early so that you don't find it too challenging in your third trimester. Am yet to be able to use the post natal but imagine it will be a great way to rehabilitate back to fitness.
