Breville The Barista Express Coffee Machine - Stainless Steel (BES870BSS). In very good condition. Purchased for $750 (still current product - https://www.breville.com/au/en/products/espresso/bes870.html?sku=BES870BSS ). The only reason I am seling this is I have recently moved and had the opportunity to replace it with a plumbed system. Works well and very convenient all-in-one system. Has made many mornings happy :). This system comes with all the necessities, 1 x milk jug, 10 x water filters, 1 x bottle descaler and cleaner, Breville cleaning kit including tablets, 4 x cap sizes (including single and double dual wall), flattening Razor and original booklets all in brand new condition. The system was recently cleaned by a Breville authorised service centre.

Good value "real" coffee machine
Compact build, so doesn't take up a lot of kitchen bench space. Does all that you need to make a small number of good quality "barista" coffees within 5-6 minutes. Rated highly on the web, justified from my experience. Relatively good value for money compared to much of the competition (many of which are twice the price or more). Only criticism so far is that the milk frother steamer is rather slow to get started (20 second delay?).

Good machine Takes in the machine setting and your own adjustments to make barista coffee Its easy enough once you know how Set the grind size and timer your nearly there Use the right filter cup and set the single or double espresso It gets easier to use as you find your way Keep your machine clean and maintain water filter and treatment tablets I have a very small unit and have to use the sink bench not a great idea. You will enjoy and get great coffee from it. All the best.

A great looking coffee machine. Easy to use with solid components. Easy to clean, it may take a few minutes to clean but it’s fun, unless you’re in a great hurry, then you buy the automatic machine. I recommend it to anyone who’s got time for that great cup of coffee. Thumbs up

Looks and feels like a coffee machine should with plenty of fine tuning if you're a fussy coffee coinsure.
It was a toss up between this and the Delonghi La Specialista Prestigio. After weeks of watching reviews and heading to appliance shops, getting the feel for them and the pros and cons of each I went with the Breville. Being Australian made and a well known brand around the world it feels like a coffee machine, the Delonghi just had to much "shiny" plastic for my liking. The Breville Portafilter has a good weight to it where the Delonghi was plastic. I do like the fact that the Delonghi had a built in tamper, but the Breville has the option to have more adjustment on your coffee grind and the burr as well to fine tune your coffee where the Delonghi doesn't, this is great for different type of beans. However if you just want to grind, tamper and have a perfect coffee every time you have the double wall filter for this just like on the Delonghi which comes standard. Overall either are great machines, but the Breville comes out on top in my opinion by a smiggen as it looks and feels like a real coffee machine.Read full review
