Lightweight and a GREAT product!
As soon as i received the "Shark Steamer Pro" in the mail from my seller,i took it out of the box and assembled it in which was very easy to do to start with. I filled the container with purified water being that is what keeps the product clean and working at it best for a long time. It worked so good and sterilized my floors,bed,curtains,faucets and fixtures in my bathrooms as well. I was amazed at how clean everything i had cleaned with the "Shark Pro" smelled and felt afterwards. I recommend this product to everyone!!! My entire family uses the "Shark Steamer Pro" in their homes and their business's as well. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Rigid Construction
This is my second Shark Steam Mop and I love it! The handle is more rugged than the original version, I like that the canister is removable, & the different steam settings are nice when transitioning between flooring. I will say that the cord is shorter than the original version which is frustrating with a larger home. Also the port to fill up the unit seems like it could be a little bigger but it isn't so small its unusable. Overall the product works good.

The best steam mop!
I had bought the exact model in 1/2013 and it recently stopped making steam after a good life. Shark no longer makes this model and so delighted to find one that works well. Couldn’t be happier!

She still like to use the old mop, it's fast and easy to use and she does not have to plug it in. Another plus is that the mop is a lot lighter than the steam mop.
