A delicious sugar-free pick-me-up
Quest Cereal Bars are smaller than their signature protein bars, but they still taste like a sugary snack without really having any sugar that can be metabolized. This flavor is similar to Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It's delicious, with a cereal-like crunchiness, and I don't find that there is any weird aftertaste.
