These phones arrived fast in a slightly scratched and dented box. The phones inside were each A1+ condition and worked as soon as they were plugged in. Not a single problem from one of them, and for the price, I have 3 around my home which makes things very easy. They look great too. Good volumes to hear voices and ringing. This is everything needed in a landline phone. Easy to use & follow instructions in manual. Answering machine is simplistic. It can be personalised for tones & ring. When contact number are entered into one handset they are automatically transferred into all other handsets.
