This set is for all 1987 TO 2006 YJ and TJ Jeep Wranglers That Does NOT Have Tow Hooks. The Two Torx Bolts on Bottom of Jeep Wrangler Front Bumpers Are Always Short. These Are the Correct Torx Screws needed Under the Front Bumper but can be used on the top of bumper if you do not have tow hooks installed.
