Very informative for the beginner and the advanced. I bought this to further my knowledge of workouts for women, now my wife has a lot more to add to her workout ,and a lot more knowledge of the science of working out as well.

There aren't too many books out there that have this quality of knowledge about the female body in regards to strength training.
