I do not recommend this book (pamphlet) at all.
I also don’t recommend you buying for the $6.00 more or less cost.
It is a 25 page pamphlet, large print double spaced. Took me less than 10 minutes to read.
The internet has better and more information than this overpriced pamphlet.
This little nugget of a useless, book, includes BIG words that the novice beekeeper would have to look up, like,
“Bees are kept by HUMANS in order to collect their honey and also the other products being produced inside a hive, such as beeswax, pollen, royal jelly, and PROPOLIS”. Pg 7, 1st paragraph. Which is actually the 1st page.
Naw, bears like honey, maybe they are beekeepers.
What the F..K is a propolis anyway.
Cute gems like “Surround your bees with flowers” Pg 20. Ahh ya think !!!
Save yourself some money and time, don’t buy this pamphlet unless you just want a small generalization on beekeeping by an author that’s is illiterate

What equipment, what does, IT, mean ??? Try English.
You can either buy (WHAT) a new or even used equipment (WHAT EQUIPMENT ALREADY) and a local beekeeper (CAN) install it (whatever IT is) in either a nucleus or a swarm.
Are we still talking bees or equipment ?? Is there such a thing as USED bees? Installed where? Up my Uranus?

What can I purchase? Why can’t I purchase whatever IT is from a northern bee producer?
Well whatever IT is, IT needs to be inspected by my state Apiary.
Ummm let’s see, the Queen is the mother, she lays eggs, she lives for several years and reduces or stops laying eggs in the winter. Sounds more like a chicken.
Wait, there’s more.
“There are used pollen for winter use AND for short-term uses AND for rearing the young AND storing honey AND as well while the top 3 supers are used to hold the honey crop, this is super bottom two”. Pg 10
