    I think this is the best compact snare stand right now.

    I think this is the best compact snare stand right now. I like it over DW's 6000 offerings. Very lightweight and compact yet very sturdy. The basket adjustment is simple but very effective. It's sturdy enough to hold my DW Edge snare without it moving around when I'm hitting rimshots. I do play with my snare pretty flat. If you like a lot of angle, I'm not sure any of the lightweight stands are good for you. It's a Tama - it'll last.
