This knife easily appeals to a wide range of applications and users. From brilliantly-grippy and super-comfortable ergos, to Perfectly sized blade design, proportions, and geometry, this knife is one of the most versatile you can buy. LC200N has been proven in the field, and on the water- as one of the best modern (NASA ball-bearing) super steels, with corrosion resistance near H1 and edge holding near 52100. Obviously also Very tough and durable. Would put this superb Spyderco collaboration of Lance’s up there with Phil Wilson Southfork, Gayle Bradley’s Bowie, and (almost) Ed Schempp’s 100% perfect Rock Salt! Top quality sheath is super solid with no rattle, in (preferred) low profile taco, silent release possible. The feel and balance are both functional and elegant, while the slight belly, subtle distal taper and precision throughout make it extremely usable and pleasure to own… Particularly at this price point.
