A great help with pain
I have used several of these patches to date and while it can not be said they "Cure" the condition they do provide a reduction in my back pain level. I use them in conjunction with medically prescribed pain relief. I can assess the benefit of the patches by not using them or using them and not my medicine. I find it important to place the patches at the point of most pain. I also find it necessary to retain them with tape as their adhesion is not adequate. These patches are a life saver for me. I have major back problems that causes muscle spasms across the shoulders and lower back and these patches definitely relieve the pain and usually lasts up to 2 days. I take less oral pain medication whilst using them and like the fact that there are no harmful products in them as they are all natural. I have been using these patches for a long time. They are great especially overnight as they remain 'hot' even through the night unlike deep heat which dissipates shortly after about 20 minutes.
