AudioFuse by Arturia.
This Audio converter is probably only one of a few that offer 72 db of gain in its microphone preamplifiers. This means you have enough gain to run ribbon microphones, dynamic mics and anything else without a standalone mic preamp. Now of course you may want to use a mic pre to color your sound which is great. Its a great product for any studio.

An insanely good interface. Mix preamps are so clean. Great with ribbon mics. I work mainly with headphones and the sound going through it is so clear too.
