Does its job for the IKEA Billy Bookcase
NEED THE ORIGINAL POWER ADAPTER SOLD SEPERATELY. I had an extra adapter from my other IKEA (BILLY) bookcase so I didn't have to buy another. I mean it's cheaper to buy off brand lights to install, since you won't have to buy packs of lights for 6 shelves and a separate power supply chord that works specifically for IKEA lights only. Original item from IKEA for a much cheaper shipping price compared to the IKEA website. I bought (2) of the pack of two. So total 4 lights for my Billy Bookcase. It is the newer version of lights that IKEA recommends for the bookcases since the original is more of a warm white this is more of a cool white. Easy to install.
