Still deeply flawed, but slightly better than the previous version.
The Fetch remote was always a slightly flawed product. The approach of having very few buttons, but lots of options that require you effectively pressing 'Shift' before you can access them was always going to be an interface nightmare and it still is. Yes it saves a bit of weight and makes for a sleeker product, but it creates more effort and errors in so-doing. This updated version adds voice control, which is actually moderately useful though only in a limited number of scenarios. I like not having to type into search fields in Netflix, for example. And it does seem to work faster, with fewer delays before menu options come up. That's handy. On the downside, the new buttons around the central navigation circle are far too close to the left/right/up/down buttons and far too easy to press by accident, and the Shift-on function to turn on my TV no longer turns on my TV (a Panasonic). So it's back to using the TV remote to turn it on and the Fetch remote from there. Overall, the Fetch remote still feels like it was designed by someone who never has to use it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Definitely worth getting.
