    Dell Inspiron 15 5000 laptop

    My laptop is brand new so I haven’t had time to gauge the battery life. I have updated from an older Windows 7 Dell to my new Windows 10 Dell. So far it’s outstanding. Still learning windows 10 but operating speed is so much faster

    Had problem from the 1st week I received it.

    Keeps powering up after I completely shut down. Have spent more than 5 hours total over the phone with Dell Support last 2 weeks but still not resolved. Other issues came about after following their instructions.
