The book gives great insight into things we already know, i like it's real world applications to means other then tennis itself but so far it's been great. Best read in the mornings with a clear mind to take it all in, i find once you let the day go buy you tend to focus less on what the books is conveying. Wether this book helped me make the finals of a recent tournament I've played is compelling but i do think it's helped me calm myself for match play !
