Barely effective however tastes okay.
Puranox is certainly easier to administer than the other throat spray on the market. It tastes reasonable and is much more convenient as it is an actual spray. However, it is much less effective. The spray doesn't last much longer than a couple of hours (if at all) and needs to be re-administered during the night. Highly inconvenient!
