My Doctor gave me this product to use after turbinate surgery and I've continued to use it for the last 5 years. It is easier to use than a neti pot, with clear instructions. I pre-mix it and then use it in the shower. I've found weekly good or more if I've been doing anything very dusty or dirty. I don't have sinus problems any more, not runny or stuffed up nose when there's pollen about and no colds or flu, although good hygiene helps with that.
