Jesse Itzler eats only fruit 'til noon, loves Run-D.M.C., and enjoys living life out of the box. He cofounded Marquis Jet, the worlds largest prepaid private jet prepaid flight card company which he and his partner sold to Berkshire Harhaway/NetJets. Jesse then helped pioneer the coconut water craze with Zico coconut water, which was acquired by The Coca-Cola Company. He is a former rapper on MTV and he produced both the NBA's Emmy Award-winning I Love This Game music campaign and the popular New York Knicks anthem Go NY Go. When he is not running ultra marathons, eating vegan food or being a dad to his three kids, Jesse can be found at the NBA's Atlanta Hawks games, where he is an owner of the team. He is married to Spanx founder Sara Blakely.

Fun inspiration for a more active lifestyle
The intriguing adventures of Itzler and Seal make a fun simple read. The short chapters are compelling even to those who won't start Crime & Punishment or Lord of the Rings. While doing what Seal expects of Itzler may be insane, for me the book has been an inspiration to run a bit more and to take more pushups than before. Seal pushes Itzler to finish high numbers, even if he can't do it all in a row. Simple and fun language make this a quick, but very inspiring read.

So far this book has been fun and entertaining. I had been told there are lessons to be learned in it but I am not into it enough yet to have found them. All in all it has been a cheap, relaxing read.

Great bookend very funny.You need to watch the Joe Rogan podcast too. There is one with Jessie and then a seperate one with David Goggins the Seal this book is about.
